SO Service
The outsourcing
of key internal function such as information systems management is an
increasingly popular business tactic. Stable and professional information
systems operation is crucial to any business today and CAC's System
Operation (SO) service allows the client to control all facets of systems
management, including operations, user support and maintenance. Our
traditionally close relationship with our clients is the underpinning
of our System Operation.
In
addition to CAC's long-standing experience with the management of large
host-based operations, Network Systems Management is an SO service for
C/S system and network computing. Complete network operation, management,
monitoring and help-desk functions are all included in the service.

Help Desk Service
The help desk, with rapid response to users, is critical to the smooth
running of a client/server system.
Area Service
Networks are, by nature, far flung. CAC provides complete services
to our clients' branches and remote offices.
The new
age of network-centric computing and client/server computing, with
its proliferation of distributed systems, raises a new set of issues
that must be dealt with carefully. CAC's NSM service addresses these
tough issues head-on. The Enterprise Help Desk (EHD) is central to
the success of any network, dealing with any-and-all questions and
problems encountered by network users, enterprise-wide. The Network
Operation Center (NOC) is CAC's window on the current status of every
facet of a client's network, allowing both preventative maintenance
and quick problem solving. Rapid recovery from system failure is assured.
Data gathered by the NOC is also used as a resource and performance
management tool aiding the fine tuning and enhancement of a client's
network. The technology of SHL Systemhouse Inc. is central to this
area.
