Networked Systems Management (NSM)
The new age of network-centric computing and client/server computing, with its proliferation of distributed systems, raises a new set of issues that must be dealt with carefully. CAC's NSM service addresses these tough issues head-on. The Enterprise Help Desk (EHD) is central to the success of any network, dealing with any-and-all questions and problems encountered by network users, enterprise-wide. The Network Operation Center (NOC) is CAC's window on the current status of every facet of a client's network, allowing both preventative maintenance and quick problem solving. Rapid recovery from system failure is assured. Data gathered by the NOC is also used as a resource and performance management tool aiding the fine tuning and enhancement of a client's network.
